Most of us are likely well aware of what stress feels like. We all experience stress on a day to day basis and we need stress in our lives as a protective mechanism for adjusting to and responding to our surroundings. Stress can also be a great motivator and move us to action. Too much stress, however, can have the opposite effect.Stress has a major impact on our bodies, our emotions and our minds.
