Aerobic Exercise:
The number one exercise option for everyone is brisk walking. Other aerobic options include swimming, using an elliptical or bike.
Strengthening:
Weight Training counts as a form of exercise!
Stretching:
Even calm activities such as Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi count as stress reducing exercise.
